damn @Muse saved me a lot of time and annoyance with this task: downloading 150+ of my wedding photos and videos where the website had password protected EVERY INDIVIDUAL PHOTO, meaning i was manually typing each one. i almost threw my macbook out the window but muse saved me. even shows me real time progress with live browser preview which instinct cannot do atm. leaning harder to muse as of yesterday.

How many Reels have you saved because "I'm definitely going to use that later"? Yeah. Me too. πŸ˜‚ Workout ideas. Recipes. All kinds of stuff that seemed useful when I hit save. Today I put some of mine to work. I have @Muse, Meta's AI agent, connected to my Instagram account. My bot's name is Zuck, because of course it is. I've saved a bunch of kettlebell core workouts. One guy shares four or five exercises in practically every reel, and I knew I'd saved some from other creators, too. So I asked: "Can you look through my saved reels and give me a list of all the kettlebell core exercises?" Less than a minute later, it came back with 18 exercises from 13 kettlebell reels in my Exercise collection. Boom. There's my list for the gym.

@Muse @alexandr_wang @natfriedman I've been coaching my muse to make phone calls for me and it's pure magic. It helped book a doctor appointment and a daycare visit when they never replied to an email (Muse reminded me, but phone access gave it the ability to take action). Here were my steps: 1. Asked it to find an API I could give it to make phone calls (It found Bland.ai) 2. Made a Bland account, added creds to Muse... 3. Gave it a goal for improving phone calling β€” it writes its own skill, pushes updates to GitHub, reads the transcript after every failed call and reflects on how it can adjust its strategy.
