Artem asked the Muse app to negotiate his AT&T bill via the loyalty chat. Muse checked the bill details, flagged a USD 24 international charge, and worked the loyalty chat — but hit a wall: the AT&T agent ended the chat the moment Muse said it was the user's assistant (account-holder-only policy). So Muse handed him a paste-ready script for the myAT&T chat or a 611 call instead. Genuine bill-discount attempt, shown failing honestly.
