When his home internet went down, WisemanCap had his Muse agent call Xfinity directly. The agent got through to a rep, opened ticket CR276588903 for an area outage affecting the neighborhood, and reported back with the full call transcript. Screenshot of Muse's message with the ticket details and transcript file included.

My most useful @Meta Muse use case so far: the serving platter in my mother-in-law's favourite china set broke over the weekend. I sent Muse a picture and it identified it as a Wedgwood Columbia Sage Green covered tureen but found that the pattern had been discontinued years ago. Muse kept digging though and discovered a matching piece on eBay from a vintage seller in Japan. It checked the listing and seller history to make sure it was reputable, asked before paying, checked out with Stripe Link, sorted insured shipping and import fees, and is now watching tracking! Muse checked in when it needed to but otherwise handled everything else end to end.
