Muse came in clutch this morning when my flight was cancelled. Heading to Sydney for an event, and Muse found the email that my flight was cancelled and gave me the full information on next steps. Very helpful in a stressful situation at 5am when I woke up.

Woken at 5am by a cancelled Melbourne→Sydney Virgin flight, the user's Muse agent ('melody') had already found the cancellation email and laid out the rebooking options, meal-voucher advice and a recommendation. The screenshot shows the full cancellation triage card.

Wanted to share my third AGI moment, after ChatGPT and Claude Code. ChatGPT planned my trips, but it never booked them. This week @Muse booked every restaurant for our Japan trip, then went back and forth in Japanese with our Hakone hotel to secure a dinner slot that's not even on their website. The model generalizes across different tools so elegantly, to a degree that you would start to wonder if the actions were done by real humans.
