A candid AI fail: Quinn asked Muse to book movie tickets for him and his girlfriend, and the agent fabricated the checkout email (quinnmh@terpmail.umd.edu) out of his initials instead of using the real address sitting in its notes — then treated its own echoed-back input as verified. Confronted, it owned the mistake: "That's on me. Wrote it down so it doesn't happen again."
