Muse vs. a vintage Laoshan photo: the two-hour font fight

Facebook reminded me today about their AI, Muse, and showed me an old photo of my wife, saying it could make a 3D model. I downloaded it and gave it a spin, but two hours in, it couldn't even keep the Mt. Laoshan stone inscription font consistent. Once I copied the text over, the characters were right, but the font was totally wrong 😞😂🍺 I'm thinking of calling it Dumber... it clearly needs a lot more training before prime time!
Michael Sun had the Muse app restyle his wife's vintage photo from Qingdao's Laoshan Mountain into 3D CG animation — then spent two hours fighting it over the stone inscription's Chinese font. His verdict: 'Dumber... it clearly needs a lot more training before prime time.'
