I've been trying Muse for last couple of days, and finally got to try the phone call feature! It's all well designed and made! The browser control implementation is one of the best I've seen (not that you need to take control that often!) Just had it call a hotel and confirm a reservation, seemless experience!

Tirth tried Muse's phone-call feature: the agent (voice 'Hailey') rang the hotel front desk and confirmed the Sep 19–20 King Bed, non-smoking reservation was active and on file — with a full call transcript to prove it.

Wanted to share my third AGI moment, after ChatGPT and Claude Code. ChatGPT planned my trips, but it never booked them. This week @Muse booked every restaurant for our Japan trip, then went back and forth in Japanese with our Hakone hotel to secure a dinner slot that's not even on their website. The model generalizes across different tools so elegantly, to a degree that you would start to wonder if the actions were done by real humans.
