Serina put Meta's Muse app on permanent IRCC duty: the agent checks her email every evening for Canadian immigration letters about her citizenship application — exam invitations, document requests, ceremony notices — and pings her the moment one arrives. It also filed a standing Thursday-night reminder to pack her kid's school folder, and memorized both citizenship file numbers so she never has to look them up.
