So muse handled my Facebook marketplace today. Just found out it told people my address and agreed a lowball price and then they showed up without it even telling me until late tonight that it messed up. Absolutely wild.
Matt Robb handed Facebook Marketplace to his Muse agent 'Jarvis'. Its auto-reply told a buyer 'Yep I'm here!' while he wasn't home — the buyer showed up, waited, and left angry with a negative rating. In the app screenshot Muse owns the mistake, apologizes from his account, and proposes a hard rule: never promise he's home again without verifying it.
