The Muse app just hit #1 on the App Store. Muse AI is Meta's new AI agent, and this is what an AI agent refund looks like in real life. Instead of fighting customer support, my AI agent handled it.

AI 101 For All shows what an AI agent refund looks like in real life: Meta's Muse app handled the hold music and customer support, winning a $70 refund the creator almost gave up on.

$3,500 a year saved on car insurance

$3,500 a year saved on car insurance

Yesterday I uploaded my auto insurance policy to Meta @Muse and asked for a better rate with identical coverage. In ~5 minutes, it found a policy saving me $3,500 /year, bought it, and canceled my old one. I knew I was overpaying. I’d abandoned several attempts to switch because insurance websites and aggregator portals are so painful. Why fill out forms, compare quotes, and field sales calls when an agent can finish the entire job in five minutes? Killer product.

Two credit collections removed in about an hour

GET THE FUCK OUTTA HERE! 🤯🤯🤯 @Muse just removed 2 collections off my credit within 1 hour of submitting the dispute!!!! Submitted at 7:09pm Both accounts deleted by 8:25pm 😳😳🤩 @alexandr_wang, @MattPRD, thank you so much! It’s insane how good Muse is, you ask it to do something, it does it, & the results just show up. If you gave this technology to anyone ~75 years ago, by their standards this would be beyond AGI. Stop moving the goal post back! AGI is here! Get used to it! 🔥🔥🔥
