The best use of @muse is calling offices to schedule/reschedule appointments based on my calendar. I ask muse to manage my calendar and optimize it. It shuffles my appointments around to maximize my productivity.

My most useful @Meta Muse use case so far: the serving platter in my mother-in-law's favourite china set broke over the weekend. I sent Muse a picture and it identified it as a Wedgwood Columbia Sage Green covered tureen but found that the pattern had been discontinued years ago. Muse kept digging though and discovered a matching piece on eBay from a vintage seller in Japan. It checked the listing and seller history to make sure it was reputable, asked before paying, checked out with Stripe Link, sorted insured shipping and import fees, and is now watching tracking! Muse checked in when it needed to but otherwise handled everything else end to end.
