Um, Muse is incredible. It found a major recent recall while looking for kids play kitchens on marketplace for the exact kind I was thinking of buying. It did this without me prompting it. This is an incredible value add to marketplace and I am so excited to buy the Charm.

Michelle was hunting Facebook Marketplace for a kids' play kitchen when her Muse agent 'Buddy' proactively warned her the $80 KidKraft Farm to Table Play Kitchen she was eyeing was recalled in July 2025 for a strangulation hazard — then kept watching for better listings in her size range. My most useful @Meta Muse use case so far: the serving platter in my mother-in-law's favourite china set broke over the weekend. I sent Muse a picture and it identified it as a Wedgwood Columbia Sage Green covered tureen but found that the pattern had been discontinued years ago. Muse kept digging though and discovered a matching piece on eBay from a vintage seller in Japan. It checked the listing and seller history to make sure it was reputable, asked before paying, checked out with Stripe Link, sorted insured shipping and import fees, and is now watching tracking! Muse checked in when it needed to but otherwise handled everything else end to end.
